I seem to be experiencing technical difficulties with Blogger. I am trying to fix them, although I don't have a clue how to. People are having trouble getting to my blog and the post updates are not being updated on the dashboards or blogrolls. Is anyone else having similar problems? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I'm not sure, maybe check your setting? I think it's somehow not updating only your posts but seems updating others.
hmmm - i don't know either, but the links to your projects are definitely not working ;-( boooo

Not sure what's going on Lisa - for me everything is working perfectly well! Blogger does some maintenance at times, but everything goes back to normal after a couple of hours..I wish you can figure this out - this must be really unpleasant..
I haven't had any problems getting to your blog--but it has been brought to my attention that some people are having problems accessing mine too! :(
